Commerical Snow and Ice Management

First person view of individual shoveling snow
Winter is coming whether we want it to or not. Are you ready? Are you confident your current provider can meet the demands of the harsh winter ahead of us? Are you concerned about slip and fall liability on your walkways and parking lots? Is your current provider carrying the correct type of insurance? Are they documenting services to help protect you, should a slip and fall occur? How much does poor service actually cost you? There are so many questions you should be asking, are you?

Winter Works helps you identify what questions you should be asking, and helps you find the answers.

While everyone's needs are different, we find that our clients are typically worried about three things.
  • Readiness – Our clients want to know we are ready before the storm starts and that their business operations will not be disrupted.
  • Safe – Our clients want to know that their parking lots and walkways are safe and that any risk for slip and falls are being mitigated.
  • Documentation – Our clients want to know that in case a lawsuit does occur, we have the proper documentation to protect them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I work with Winterworks?

Our clients have many reasons for choosing us over our competitors. To say there is just one reason would be shortsighted on our part, so instead we would just say to give us a call and we can start the process to see if there are any reasons YOU would choose Winterworks. We may find there are not and that is okay or we may find you have every reason to choose us and we can move forward from there.

How do we get started?

You can start the process by calling, emailing, or filling out the form on the Contact Us page on this website.

Why do we need to meet?

"Why can't you just give me a price over the phone?" While we can handle much of what we need over the phone, we still need to visit the site before giving any numbers out. There may be things that we see as industry experts that have either not been identified by past providers or perhaps even overlooked. Also, this is still a people business and we want to be sure we will be able to communicate well. Thre is no better and faster way to discover this than by meeting in person.

What type of equipment do you have?

We have the right equipment for the job. That is to say that while we typically use all manner of machines including trucks, loaders, backhoes, etc., we can add to our fleet of equipment or find any equipment necessary to be efficient and effective at any location.

Are you commercial only or do you service residential also?

We are only serving commerical properties at this time.

Do you do seasonal work only or do you also do per occurrence?

There are many ways to handle contracts such as these. We are happy to work with our clients to determine the best possible structure for their specific business.
